Cancellation and Amendments to Orders

  • Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel or amend their order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly. Once the order has been confirmed as dispatched, changes or cancellations cannot be processed until the goods have been received by the customer.
  • After Dispatch: If an order has already been dispatched, customers may still cancel the order by refusing the delivery or by returning the goods once they have received them. The right to cancel applies within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    Refunds will be issued once the items are received and inspected. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Liability for Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders

  • We strive to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, and we will not be held liable for any supplementary costs incurred by customers due to delays, lost, or misrouted orders caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions).
  • If an order is confirmed lost, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any standard delivery charges paid. Any upgraded or expedited delivery costs will not be refunded.

Responsibility for Return Costs

Returned items must be sent in their original condition, including any packaging and tags. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If a customer wishes to return an item for any reason other than it being faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes the cost of packaging and shipping to return the goods to us.

If an item is found to be defective or incorrect upon receipt, we will reimburse the reasonable costs of returning the goods to us.
